Hello, I’m Roberta Carlucci

A pleasure to meet you and thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me. :)

The first thing I can say about myself is that I am enthusiastic: about people, the power of self-confidence, and the amazing effect your image and brand can have on your confidence and the connection you create with others.

Communication is my strong suit and I have been working as an image consultant and personal branding strategist for the past 14 years, helping people use these important tools to show their expertise and skills to others in an authentic way to attract the right clients, jobs, opportunities, feel more confident and empowered to pursue their goals.

But first, let me give you some context.

It all started back in 2006 when I had recently graduated with a bachelor’s in Computer Science and received an offer to work for a company in Germany as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Project Manager. The company, a big consulting firm, was in Dusseldorf, but soon I started traveling back and forth to wherever our current client was.

Being surrounded by people from different nationalities and cultures, mostly men, I soon realized that being competent was not enough: I looked young, very feminine, smiley, and maybe too enthusiastic at times, which made me seem inexperienced and even unprofessional. Some colleagues and clients, I found, had a hard time taking me seriously at first.

It was then that I started observing my image and behavior and tried to make small tweaks where I could: mostly dressing sharper, looking more serious, and applying some non-verbal communication techniques I had learned in an NLP course some years before. But, to my amazement, the changes they brought to my self-confidence and career were not minor at all!

I didn’t have any new certifications, didn’t read new books, or gained any extra experience in my field, just basically polished my overall professional image - my package -, and people started responding to me as the great professional I already was. And, most importantly, I felt much more confident and professional than before.

This transformation led me to make, in 2008, one of the boldest decisions of my life: to change my career completely, transitioning from IT to Image Consulting.

After several specializations and having experienced myself the powerful tool this can be, it became my mission to help talented professional women and entrepreneurs to use their image and personal brand to show the world their strengths, skills, and personality in a strategic and authentic way, so they can always put their best foot forward by looking professional, elegant, and confident.

Since then, I developed an exclusive program to guide hundreds of other women in the process of uncovering the best version of themselves and provide the tools to showcase it strategically without having to say a word.
